Order Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel an online order by contacting us at info@nowandthennashville.com within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, brand-new condition with all original tags and packaging included. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, we kindly ask that you return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for your preferred selection.

Return Shipping

For returns within the continental U.S., a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and processed. Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Holiday Returns

Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st may be returned for a full refund until January 31st, as long as they meet the conditions of this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

    We will respond within 3 days with return instructions and a return label. Send your return within 14 days of receiving your return label. Pack the items safely and include a note with your order number inside the parcel. The shipment remains your responsibility until it is received by us. We will process your return promptly, and refunds are processed within 10 calendar days of receiving your return.
